If load overhangs dangerously

Operating a truck with a suspended license carries criminal charges and a €1,000and above fine.
If ignoring a stop sign
Failing to stop is fined €200 to €400 and adds 2 points due to intersection risk.
If using a mobile phone while driving
Using a handheld device while driving is fined €250 and adds 2 points due to driver distraction.
If not yielding at a crosswalk
Failing to yield to pedestrians is fined up to €600 and results in 2 demerit points.
If weight exceeds limit by 30%and above

If ignoring police orders to stop

If tires are worn or illegal

If involved in illegal street racing
Racing is fined over €2,500 and leads to 6 points plus possible loss of driving privileges.
If no hazard lights used in emergency
Failing to activate hazard lights during a stop results in a €200 fine and 1 point.
