2. 1-Day Free Trial Terms

• • Users may activate a 1-Day Free Trial for full access to all practice tests.
  • Billing details may be required via PayPal/Stripe.
  • If the user does not cancel before the 24-hour period ends, the chosen plan will auto-renew based on the payment provider’s subscription settings.
  • Users can cancel anytime via PayPal/Stripe.

3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal

Subscription plans may include:

• • Quick Plan – 7 Days
  • Smart Plan – 30 Days
  • Master Plan – 90 Days

Important notes:

• • Plans renew automatically unless canceled.
  • All payments are securely processed by PayPal/Stripe.
  • We do not store or manage your payment credentials.

4. Subscription Management, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions and recurring payments are managed exclusively through PayPal.

Users must manage and cancel their subscriptions by logging into their PayPal account and stopping the active subscription under
PayPal Account → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.

Once a subscription is canceled in PayPal, no future charges will be made.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• • Duplicate charges
  • Erroneous or incorrect billing caused by a system error

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• • Failure to cancel before the end of a free trial period
  • Partial or full use of a subscription
  • Forgetting to cancel an active subscription
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing digital content
  • Renewals after prior successful billing cycles

Website Subscriptions (PayPal)

• • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user’s PayPal account
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only
  • Access remains available until the end of the current trial or paid billing period
  • Deleting a website account does not automatically cancel an active PayPal subscription

6. No Government Affiliation

PortugalDrivingTest.com is an independent learning portal.
We are not associated with:

• • IMT
  • Driving schools
  • Any government testing authority

Our tests are only practice simulations, not official exam questions.

7. License of Use

You are granted a temporary, limited license to:

• • Access test materials
  • Use flashcards and mock tests
  • View learning modules

You may not:

• • Copy or distribute test questions
  • Reupload materials to other platforms
  • Share login credentials
  • Use the content for commercial purposes

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

8. No Exam Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• • Passing your official Portugal driving test
  • That official exam questions will match our practice questions

Our content is for learning and practice only.

9. Website Updates & Modifications
